What are Personal Items/ Effects?
Personal items are those goods whose nature, quantity, and intended use indicate that they are for private, personal or household consumption and which do not reflect any commercial intent.
Personal items therefore include all articles (new or used) which a traveller may reasonably require for his or her personal use during the journey, taking into account all the circumstances of the journey, but excluding any goods imported for commercial purposes.
At our warehouse in North York, Ontario, Canada, which is a very secure and controlled environment, we consolidate all cargo, including personal items/effects into shipment containers.
We also organize vehicles shipment and shipments that are suitably described as full container loads (FCL). We can also arrange insurance coverages for shipments of high-value.
What items can I ship?
We consolidate and ship most cargos allowed by the law. These items could range from clothing, office furniture, vehicles, musical instruments, golf clubs, surfboards, TVs, home furniture and everything in-between. Whatever you are sending to the Caribbean, we can handle it!
